our vision
Inspired by the ancient Cretan mythology and the legend of KRIS, the first Cretan king, we created the brand of KRIS to host and promote the very finest extra virgin olive oil from the purest groves of Crete and Greece. The Cretan variety Kritikia or Koroneiki is a unique variety producing extra virgin olive oil with low acidity and distinguished aromas and taste. Our long-term collaboration with highly qualified and caring agronomists all over the country has given us the unique opportunity to select and harvest only the very best olive fruits from rich landscapes and to monitor very closely the growth and production of the olive trees for maintaining the best quality result year after year…
HARVEST & PRODUCTION
Our company has invested in valuable, long – term relationships with highly specialized agronomists that visit and carefully monitor all the olive groves that Kris Extra Virgin Olive oil is produced from. Their responsibility is to make sure the soil is properly nourished, seasonal threats are resolved and the olive trees thrive and grow quality fruits.
